When Hartsfield Jackson Airport, recognized as the busiest airport in the world, sought construction support, it received an overwhelming response with hundreds of proposals pouring in from around the globe. The prestigious contract was eventually awarded to none other than Joy Rohadfox and her team, genuine experts in their field.

Joy's experience is unparalleled, and her extensive resume speaks volumes. For over two decades, she has been at the forefront, leading the development of entire city transit systems, iconic parks, and global water solutions. Renowned for her ingenious problem-solving abilities, Joy has been invited to speak on prominent stages, including the US Department of Transportation. Her accomplishments have garnered media attention, and she has recently been featured in Atlanta Business Chronicle, Los Angeles Business Journal and Black Enterprise.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Joy is a devoted philanthropist, firmly believing in giving back to the local community through book drives, toy drives, and community programming. Currently she is an active board member for two prestigious boards including: The Carter Center and The National Kidney Foundation SE. She also runs a robust internship program, with a focus on recruiting women and individuals from diverse backgrounds to the field of construction.
